Clamping type plate loading conveyor system


Equipment features:
1. The machine has minimal movement and high reliability. The loading rack only adjusts the width of the incoming board, and does not need to be adjusted for the outgoing board (for machines with other schemes, mechanical action is required to adjust the rack for each board in and out).
2. Based on a machine with a production capacity of 6 pieces per minute, when the quantity of one part number exceeds 780 pieces (total number of machine racks), the machine only adjusts the rack 780 times at the feeding end. For part numbers exceeding 780 pieces, there is no need to adjust the rack until the next part number is replaced.
Example: For one part number of 5000 pieces, the machine stops adjusting the frame 780 times, leaving 4220 pieces. The adjusted size is used to greatly reduce mechanical action and improve reliability.
3. The board rack of this machine is designed to naturally support PCB boards and will not cause deformation during the baking process. The machines of other solutions include mechanical structure external force clamps or spring structure clamps. Thin boards and large-sized boards may deform after being clamped, and the baking process may cause the PCB board to become more deformed.
4. This machine adopts a spacing of 25.4mm. With the same production capacity, the length of the machine is shorter and the footprint is small.
5. Suitable for board thickness of 0.8mm-3.2mm.
6. Adaptation board weight ≥ 5kg/pnl
7. There will be no ink residue falling onto the board.
